Chef Val Fortin
Chef Val Fortin served as Executive Chef at the Sugar Hill Inn in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire for over twelve years. He received numerous awards throughout his tenure, such as the Dirona Award ( Distinguished Restaurant of North America) in 2010. He is known for his passion and love of food prepared with fresh ingredients.
Val brings over 30 years of fine dining experience to Tim-Bir Alley. He has worked at the Mount Washington Hotel, Sunset Hill House and Private Country Clubs to name a few. He has been featured on Cooks Corner TV, New Hampshire Magazine and has competed in culinary competitions as an ACF member. His Wife Nancy is the front of the house Maitre De and also the Pastry Chef creating house made desserts, sweet and savory breads daily.
